What We Do: We provide help and advice for your visa and document applications. We prepare and submit documents. We are not the government; we cannot guarantee approval.

Your Role: You must give us true, complete, and correct information and documents.

Fees: You pay us for our service. You also pay all official government fees and other third-party costs (like medical tests) separately.

No Refunds: Our service fees are generally not refundable once we start your application. Government fees are also typically non-refundable by us once paid.

No Guarantees: Visa approval and processing times depend solely on the UAE Government. We cannot guarantee your application will be approved or how fast it will be processed.

Your Information: We keep your personal details confidential and only use them for your application, as per UAE laws.

Our Responsibility: We are not responsible for decisions made by the government, your inaccurate information, or delays beyond our control.

Governing Law: These terms are under the laws of Dubai, UAE. Disputes go to Dubai Courts.
